Taste and See

A cinematic exploration of the spirituality of food

Taste and See is a cinematic food series exploring eating as a place of spiritual encounter. Drawing inspiration from Robert Farrar Capon’s timeless work, The Supper of the Lamb, each episode serves as a delicious, delightful and poetic journey. Compelling narratives of chefs, farmers, and everyday food lovers reveal the beauty, mystery, and wonder available in the field, kitchen, and shared table. Each episode culminates with a mouth-watering recipe, awakening our senses to taste and see the divine gift of every meal.

Stay Connected

“If, in some blessed alternate universe, Robert Farrar Capon had decided to make a documentary with Terrence Malick, guided by the foundational wisdom of Wendell Berry, then they would have made something like the pilot of Taste and See. Yes, it’s that amazing.”
